UNIFORMS
UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS
It is a requirement for all athletes to wear the correct club uniform. If athletes are not in the correct uniform they will not be allowed to compete. The uniform consists of a pair of shorts and top.
UNIFORM TOP
Athletes must wear an approved top and registration tag. Athletes may wear an undergarment underneath their uniform top, as long as it is plain (no patterns, writings or logos) and in navy blue, black or white. The Coles logo (provided to new members) must be attached above the LAVic logo.
SHORTS
Shorts must be worn above the knee and be plain navy blue (no pockets) with no visible writing, patterns or logos. Athletes may wear a pair of leggings or bike shorts underneath their uniform shorts. If worn, they must also be plain (no patterns, writing or logos) in navy or black.

FOOTWEAR
Footwear must be either runners or track shoes. Any other type of footwear (e.g sandals, bare feet) are not permitted.
SPIKES
Spikes can only be worn by athletes in the U11 and up age groups. For U11s and U12s spikes can be worn for all events run entirely in lanes, all jump events, javelin and relays. For U13+, spikes can be worn for all track events, jump events, javelin and relays. Spikes must not exceed 7mm, except for high jump and javelin which must not exceed 9mm.
Lost registration tags incur a $5.00 replacement fee to be donated to the RCH Good Friday Appeal.
